This place is gorgeous!! There are comfortable front and back porches, steps down to the river and everything inside is so pretty and updated. Our suite room had a Keurig and the breakfast in the morning was perfect. There are restaurant and shops within walking distance on both sides of the river. We highly recommend and will be back!

Steeped in history, this B&B manages to preserve its original charm yet feel clean and updated! Perfect location in Llano with walking distance to the main square. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets are soft as butter. Hosts are very hospitable (but out of the way). This was our second stay and we'll definitely return!

I attended a wedding here over the weekend. Brittany the owner did a wonderful job, planning and delivering a wonderful event. The hotel has been redone beautifully, from the inside and the grounds on the property. The service was 5 star from her staff. I was really impressed with the hotel and service, what a great venue for a wedding with the backdrop of the bridge over the Llano river.
